About Us
Tracy Theater Arts Collaborative (TTAC) is a 501(c)3 non-profit organization consisting of an all-volunteer staff dedicated to educating, teaching, and performing theater arts in the greater Tracy, San Joaquin County area.
Mission
We strive to make the performing arts accessible to all by fostering creativity, empathy, and personal growth within our community. By nurturing talent and encouraging participation, we aim to enrich lives and strengthen connections through the transformative power of theater.
Vision
The vision of TTAC is to create a self-sustaining full production house.
As the “resident company” at The Grand Theatre Center for the Arts in Tracy, CA, TTAC will be focusing on the following areas:
1. Producing two full-size/complete musicals/plays each year highlighting the use of local
talent.
2. Create curriculum and teach theater performing arts from basic to seasoned individuals
across a breadth of ages.
3. Continual programs throughout the year with offerings that provide education in the
front-end of the house (acting, directing, producing) through behind the curtain (stage
management, costuming, acting, set design, prop masters.
4. Special summer clinics and workshops
5. Master classes with possible guest experts
6. Showcases or mini-productions presented by students.
7. Working across community with other organizations, schools and independent
production teams for coordinated efforts.
8. Intern and assistant learning/application opportunities for those interested in
broadening expertise in directing, stage management, choreography, costuming,
makeup, set design and other facets of full stage productions.
History
Our History
Tracy Theater Arts Collaborative launched on February 9, 2024. Due to the success of Our Town, Tracy USA and The Great Show performance, our community requested us to become a resident company. Our performances have sold out the 500+ seats in the main auditorium of the Grand Theater, a first in years. With support from the San Joaquin County Board of Supervisors, we were granted $27,433 for a mobile sound system, enabling our cast to perform both in and out of the theater.

Team
Maggie Foresee-Griese
With over four decades of experience, Maggie is a co-founder of TTAC and brings extensive expertise as a Director, Stage Manager, Costumer, Actress, Singer, and Vocal and Music Director. She is responsible for representing TTAC and overseeing the administration of the team. Maggie has also served as an instructor at The Grand Theatre.
Grace Reinheimer
With over 20 years of experience, Grace is another co-founder of TTAC. She specializes in Stage Management and oversees talent management and costuming. Grace’s experience extends to acting, elementary dance, and driving the administrative duties and website content. She has also been an instructor at The Grand Theatre.
Sarah McGuire
Sarah plays a key role in providing top-notch vocal coaching and music direction, with over 20 years in the field, . Her expertise includes Directing, Vocal/Music Direction, Instruction, Acting, Choreography, and curriculum development for educational programs.

Scott Snyder
Bringing over 25 years of experience, Scott has a diverse background as a Director for high school, children’s, and community theater. His skills include choreography, acting, technical sound and lighting, set design and construction, and company dancing. Scott has also directed Shakespeare in the Park in Mountain House several times. He is also the 2025 Chamber of Commerce Educator of the Year.
Dennis Lockard
A seasoned actor and comedian, Dennis also manages the multi-media requirements for TTAC. He handles sound and light needs, duplication efforts, and video delivery, bringing his technical expertise to the team.

Abigail Simens
Abigail is one of our choreographers. She is currently pursuing a degree in Theatre at CSU Sacramento. Abigail aspires to become a high school drama teacher in the future, where she can share her passion for theatre with the next generation.

Jullian Steffens
A passionate theater artist and creative. Julian is a Theater Arts major at Chico State University with an emphasis on acting, and is a seasoned costume and hair/wig designer and technician. He is pleased to join the TTAC team and bring his skill to the team.
JT Amador
JT has a strong background in musical theater and dance, having performed from a young age and trained extensively over the years. Currently, he teaches acting and musical theater at the San Joaquin Ballet Company. He's had the privilege of performing with TTAC since its opening.
JT values community theater as a space where creativity is nurtured and artists of all levels can grow and refine their craft.
